HOW DO I MAKE A FINANCIAL DONATION?

You can make a financial donation by mail or via one of our secure options under our DONATE tab.

CAN I PARTICIPATE IF I AM NOT IN CHARLOTTE, NC?

Yes, there are a number of ways you can participate even without being a Charlotte resident. Donations are accepted from anywhere with the click of a button. You can also sign up to be an affiliate in your own community as a way of giving back.

WILL I GET A RECEIPT FOR MY DONATION?

Yes, once your donation has been processed, you will receive a confirmation letter/receipt/email that you can keep for your personal records. You should receive this acknowledgement four to six weeks after we receive your donation.

HOW CAN I BE REMOVED FROM THE MAILING LIST?

Please call us at xxx.xxx.xxxx or email us at info@cans4cuts.org with a subject line of Request for Removal. Please allow up to (6) to process your request and fully remove you from our databases and mailing lists.

WHAT WILL MY DONATION BE USED FOR?

C.A.N.S. 4 Cuts contributions will be used provide supplies for distribution during one of our many community led initiatives, administrative and operational costs.

IS MY DONATION TAX-DEDUCTIBLE?

Yes, C.A.N.S. 4 Cuts is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

C.A.N.S. 4 Cuts relies on the generous support of Individuals, Area Business and and corporate and private contributions to fund our programs.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY MONTHLY GIVING METHOD OF PAYMENT, MONTHLY AMOUNT, OR STOP PAYMENT?

If you are an online monthly donor, you may contact our Donor Services Representative at xxx.xxx.xxxx To safeguard your personal information, it is not recommended that you send that info via postal mail as it contains financial information.

WHEN ARE MONTHLY GIVING DONATIONS VIA CREDIT CARD OR BANK TRANSFER BE PROCESSED?

If you signed up for monthly giving by mail or over the phone, your deduction will either be on the fourth of every month or the nineteenth of every month. If you register online, your automatic payment will occur one month from the day you sign up.
